As a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP) we explore how food impacts mood with teaching the gut-brain axis and how inflammation occurs and more. Using the Brainbow Blueprint we pick together where you would like to start. â€‹

​Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
